A Record-Breaking Scale: 1,872 Exhibitors to Showcase at China Ningbo International Stationery Fair 2026
The Ningbo International Stationery Fair 2026 will be held from March 25–27, 2026, at the Ningbo International Conference & Exhibition Center. As one of the world’s largest annual events for the stationery and office supplies industry, this year’s edition will reach an unprecedented scale.
The fair will utilize all indoor exhibition halls (H1–H8), the connecting corridors, and outdoor halls H9, H11, H16, and H57 of the Ningbo International Conference & Exhibition Center. With a total exhibition area of 64,000 square meters with an increase of 7% compared to the previous edition, the event will welcome global buyers and industry professionals on an expanded platform.
The number of exhibitors marks a historic breakthrough, with 1,872 companies confirmed to participate. Exhibitors come from more than 20 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China, including Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangdong, Hebei, Hong Kong (China) and Taiwan (China), and overseas countries such as Vietnam. Together, they will present hundreds of thousands of products.
The exhibition will deliver comprehensive coverage across the entire industry chain, carefully organized into ten core categories. In addition to traditional writing instruments and office supplies, the fair will fully encompass art materials, educational supplies, DIY and creative hobby products, licensed cultural and creative merchandise, gifts and general merchandise, and more. A newly established Processing Equipment & Spare Parts Zone (H9 and H16) will further enhance the fair’s industrial depth, creating a complete display system spanning from finished products to manufacturing solutions.
Leveraging Ningbo’s advantages as China’s Capital of Stationery, along with its strong industrial foundation and international trade resources, the fair will continue to build an efficient global sourcing and matchmaking platform. To date, overseas buyers from over 100 countries and regions have registered, and the event is expected to attract 50,000 professional buyers from around the world, potentially setting a new attendance record for professional visitors.
